Governor's Mansion Garden
In 2009, First Lady Georganne Nixon met with the Governor’s Mansion staff and the state facility manager to design a vegetable and herb garden. The staff at The Missouri Governor’s Mansion thanks the Missouri Botanical Gardens in St. Louis, Powell Gardens in Kansas City, Missouri Facilities Management Design & Construction and DNR photographer Scott Myers.
HarvestFest
HarvestFest is a celebration held on at the Governor's Mansion every fall. Over 3,000 people participated in listening to bluegrass music and enjoying the the harvest season in Missouri.
