Non Profit Organizations

  • 1-50 Guests: $250.00
  • 51+ Guests: $400.00

Business Organizations & Personal Use

  • 1-50 Guests: $500.00
  • 51+ Guests: $800.00

*Advance Payment Required: The usage fee must be paid 14 days prior to the scheduled event. This fee includes your use of the first floor of the Governor’s Mansion and use of our standard glassware, plates, flatware, banquet tables and chairs and on-site events coordinator

**Please note that there will be a $20 fee per person for any “day of” dietary requests. Dietary requests must be sent with your guest list one week prior to your event date.**

Labor Fees

  • 1-50 Guests: $150.00
  • More than 51 Guests: $250.00
  • Security Fee: $100 per hour

Miscellaneous Fees and Charges

  • Pianist: $100.00 per hour
  • Lectern and Microphone Rental: $50.00
  • Cost for each hour that exceeds the two hour event period: $100.00
